You are required to read all applicable terms & conditions below in terms of use before using the e-Move application.
These terms of use constitute an agreement between you as a User/Customer and PT Biru Gemilang Lestari, a limited liability company incorporated in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. This agreement governs all matters relating to access and all your use of the application, vehicles, content and products provided by us in the application, as well as relating to ordering, payment and or use of other services available in the application.
By agreeing to the terms & conditions of use of this application, you are also deemed to agree to the additional terms of use that apply to each service that we provide and all forms of changes because these additional terms of use are an integral part of these terms of use.
1. Have a valid driver's license (Surat Ijin Mengemudi) and upload it in the emove application: To rent a car, you must have a valid driver's license (SIM A).
2. For Indonesian Citizens (WNI) must have a valid Identification Card (KTP) and upload it in the application: To rent a car, you must have a valid ID card.
3. For foreign nationals (foreigners) must upload a valid driver's license and passport
4. Pay a security deposit (Deposit) of IDR. 300,000 (Three hundred thousand rupiah) as a guarantee in the event of damage and violation of e-tickets caused by the user.
5. The security deposit (Deposit) will be stored in the "Balance Balance" and can be withdrawn after 5 days of the rental period ends
6. Pay the rental fee: You must pay the electric car rental fee according to the time period used.
7. Responsibility for damages: You are responsible for all damages that occur to the car during the rental period.
8. Recharging the battery: If the electric car you rent will run out of power, you must immediately recharge the car battery at the nearest electric charging station (SPKLU) or provided by the service provider of the Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU).
9. Returning the car on time: You must return the car at the time you have specified, if you are late, you will be charged an additional fee (Additional Charge).
10. Bring the necessary documents: You must bring the necessary documents when bringing the car, such as driver's license, vehicle registration, and so on.
PT Biru Gemilang Lestari is NOT RESPONSIBLE if you have an accident. if you have an accident in using an e-Move electric car.
We advise you to use and pay attention to additional safety devices on electric cars such as safety belts in using e-Move electric cars. Drivers of e-Move electric cars must have a valid driver's license. Drivers of e-Move electric cars must obey applicable traffic regulations, any form of violation of traffic regulations is your own responsibility (e.g. not using safety belts, breaking traffic lights etc).
